New Charter was formed in March 2000 as the new landlord of homes and commercial properties purchased from Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council. We’ve a turnover of almost £60 million a year and a team of over 800, which makes us one of the country’s largest Registered Providers. We’re committed to being in business for neighbourhoods and by incorporating Aksa Housing Association and Gedling Homes from Gedling Borough Council, we’re expanding all the time.
