We encourage fun

We are a fast moving and a constantly changing company; and that means a GREAT deal of hard work. So we always go out of our way to appreciate people’s efforts and believe that colleagues should work in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. To do this we hold competitions, festivals, celebrations and fundraising events that reflect the interests and passions of our diverse team. These can include events such as St George’s Day, the Chinese New Year, Eid, Diwali and Comic Relief – or anything you may like to suggest.

Work/life balance

We appreciate busy home lives and busy work lives can be a tricky combination. To help you balance your work and your life, we’ve put a number of GREAT initiatives in place:

Support charitable events

If you want to raise money for a charity of your choice, you can apply for corporate match funding and depending on funds available and the cause, we’ll do our best to make a contribution. That’s pretty GREAT isn’t it? If you want to apply for money for match funding, please speak to your employee representative or a member of staff in Organisational Development. As an organisation we try to do a lot of work for, and are actively involved in helping, Willow Wood Hospice, Dr Kershaws Hospice and Farm Africa.

Give something back

A GREAT part of our business is to give something back to the community. We work regularly with young people, neighbourhoods and other partners to improve the lives of others. This can be environmental clearance, sponsoring youth football teams, keeping crime off the streets, drama workshops and much, much more.
