Superb lads once again out on time, thanks for all your support you do a tremendous job, you change people’s lives. It’s a pleasure and a priviledge working with you as always – thank you.
Yes of course we’ll have a library, we’ll I think, have more than one library.
That level of performance if we maintain that until the year end then that’s another £½ million this year which we’ll be able to spend in the community.
I think what’s happening really is that the relationship is building up really well, what we are finding is although there’s that distance the staff are working really well together, supporting each other and I think that Gedling is also bringing something to the Group as well as the services we are receiving.
Hiya you alright? Yes better for seeing you? Oh what you like you say that to me every morning.
Hello - can you help me out with this thing I don’t understand it? – it’s my Council Tax.
How many of these do you reckon you’ll get done in a week?
In a week well? Always depends how big a job some of them are, this one is quite an easy one some of them…
The number of responses we get from our tenants what they always tell us is they want us to do 3 things to improve services; do the repairs do the improvements and make sure the estates are clean and tidy.
Everything’s gone well, all your housing benefits got sorted and your council tax got sorted – oh brilliant.
The carrot and stick approach is where if they misbehave at the weekend then they miss out on playing the football, I thinks it’s working. Well that’s what we wanna maintain take it forward and ensure the behaviour reflected on the pitch reflects their behaviour on the street on a Friday/Saturday night. We are getting the Man City coaches involved as well, it’ll be proper coaching as well – not that Tameside don’t provide good coaching (laughing).
Anyone in the emergency flat? Yes, we’ve got someone coming for the emergency flat at 7pm
I’d best check the flats been cleared then.
Have a good shift – will do - thanks bye.
