Good morning New Charter
A very good morning New Charter, how are you doing ? You alright?
That’s rubbish, how are you doing – you alright?
Thank you, very good, I’ve noticed two things already firstly you lot have all got badges and I haven’t got a badge – what’s that all about – organisers badge.
And secondly you’ve all got vouchers for drinks – I got a coffee if I was lucky – thank you very much for that.
Instrumental break
Give a big cheer for them now – come on (clapping and cheering).
I don’t always see everybody in the Building Company and the Group - your support is fantastic and it’s been brilliant - you’re the people that have got us there and so I believe we will go from strength to strength.

But it’s a very successful way of certainly engaging with people and making the difference which is what it’s all about.
Instrumental break
Music instruments played, whistle blown, drums banged
Earlier on I just wanted to say how pleased I was that we came 52nd in the Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for – that was really a good thing for me, and it was done, you did that, you did that for New Charter - well done.
Hi once again everybody I’m back here on the Tele which is kind of where I belong really.
I just wanted to say I’m sorry I couldn’t join you for lunch but I’ve got a few things to do.
But this morning I’ve gotta say this morning you were a fantastic audience – and you’ve got some great stuff coming up this afternoon. Ian is going to tell you exactly what’s been going on. Oh and by the way you really have been GREAT, I’ll see you soon. Bye bye, well done.
